Village at the Park is owned by a private company which is made up of three parties. The Wellington Tenths Trust originally owned the land and started the village development. They are now in partnership with the Hurst Pratley Group. Hurst Holdings Ltd has the responsibility for the operation of the complex, whilst the Pratley Group is responsible for the development of the site. Our directors are:

The Hurst Pratley Group has many years of experience and extensive knowledge in operating and developing retirement villages. Village at the Park is pleased to be part of this group, which is one of the leading retirement village operators in New Zealand. The Directors and Management Team are committed to ensuring they are always up to date with the latest developments. They pride themselves on running high quality establishments and being family orientated in their approach to all their villages. Village at the Park is a member of the Retirement Villages Association and NZ Health Care Providers Association.
