Village at the Park is one of Wellington’s newest retirement villages and is the most centrally located.
We currently have a range of independent villa and apartment options available within the village community.
We also provide care for 32 residents in our purpose-built hospital wing, and 30 residents in our specialised dementia care wing.
As a villa or apartment resident, you will be given priority access to our care facilities should you require a short stay or longer term care.
It is reassuring to know that nursing assistance is always close by, and you can recuperate and be looked after in familiar surroundings.
The construction of our first three-storey apartment block has been completed with additional apartment blocks and community facilities to be built on the remainder of the village site over the next few years. An extensive Community Centre will be provided for our residents where they will be able to enjoy a wide range of entertainment and leisure activities.
The community centre will include lounge areas, an indoor heated swimming pool, spa, gymnasium, café, bar, cinema, chapel, shop, indoor bowls and computer area.
We are committed to the development of our village and look forward to seeing the buildings take shape over the coming years.
